شرکت پارس نت سیس انرژی (PNSE) از زیر مجموعه شرکت های هلدینگ سپاس در سال 1384 در جزیره کیش تاسیس و فعالیت خود را در طراحی نرم افزار و اجرای زیرساخت های کامپیوتری در کلیه امور فنی و مهندسی، تجاری و بازرگانی، راه اندازی زیرساخت تجهیزات و تاسیسات تخصصی، پروژه های بزرگ و موفقی را برای شرکت های بزرگ داخلی و خارجی به انجام رسانده و تجربیات ارزشمندی را در این زمینه دارا می باشد.
این شرکت، در راستای اجرای موفق پروژه های خود در صنایع مرتبط و با تصمیم سرمایه گذاران و سهامداران، در سال 1403 فعالیتهای خود را در بخش بالا دستی نفت و گاز، مهندسی، طراحی و تامین تجهیزات حفاری آغاز نمود.
در این راستا، شرکت پارس نت سیس انرژی کیش، با انعقاد قرارداد نمایندگی انحصاری مته ها ی PDC & Hybrid Type شرکت Kingdream و همچنین مته های Rock bit (Tricone) شرکت های Baker & Reed hycalog وبا سرمایه گزاری و احداث دفاتر خود در کشورهای ترکیه، چین و امارات فعالیت خود را با تیم متخصص وحرفه ای به طور رسمی در جهت طراحی ، مهندسی، بهینه سازی حفاری و تامین تجهیزات بالا دستی نفت و گاز به این حوزه وارد شده است.
این شرکت به همراه مشاوره‌های فنی و مهندسی به صاحبان کسب‌وکار در صنایع بالادستی و شرکت‌های EPD/EPC و E&P ، دیگر تجهیزات مورد نیازحفاری را طراحی وتامین می نماید.
این مجموعه در راستای اجرای پروژه های مرتبط صنعتی خود و تصمیم سهامداران، دامنه فعالیت های خود را در بخش بالادستی نفت و گاز با رویکرد بهینه سازی، مهندسی، طراحی و تامین تجهیزات حفاری گسترش داده و در این زمینه قرارداد نمایندگی انحصاری مته های PDC شرکت مته سازی KINGDREAM را اخذ نموده است
Pars Net Sys Energy (PNSE), a subsidiary of Sepas Holding, was established in 2005 on Kish Island. The company began its operations by designing software and implementing computer infrastructure across various technical, engineering, commercial, and business sectors. It has successfully completed large-scale projects for major domestic and international companies, gaining valuable experience in these fields.
In 2024, based on the success of its projects in related industries and the decisions of its investors and shareholders, PNSE expanded its activities to the upstream oil and gas sector, focusing on engineering, design, and the supply of drilling equipment.
To this end, Pars Net Sys Energy Kish secured exclusive representation agreements for PDC & Hybrid Type drill bits from Kingdream and Rock bit (Tricone) drill bits from Baker & Reed Hycalog. The company has also invested in establishing offices in Turkey, China, and the UAE. With a team of specialists and professionals, it has officially entered the field of upstream oil and gas, focusing on the design, engineering, optimization of drilling, and the supply of drilling equipment.
In addition to providing technical and engineering consulting to business owners in the upstream industries and EPD/EPC and E&P companies, PNSE designs and supplies other required drilling equipment.
To further its industrial projects and align with shareholder decisions, the company has expanded its activities in the upstream oil and gas sector with a focus on optimization, engineering, design, and the supply of drilling equipment. It has secured an exclusive representation agreement for PDC drill bits from KINGDREAM, a leading bit manufacturing company.
Kingdream Drilling Bits Tools Division was initially established in 1973, became a publicly traded company named Kingdream Public Limited Company in 1998, and now operates as a division of Sinopec Oilfield Equipment Corporation. This change occurred after the completion of the business restructuring process of Kingdream Public Limited Company with its parent company in 2015.
Kingdream is also a national high-tech enterprise and the largest manufacturer of oil and gas drilling bits in China, holding the top rank in Asia.
